WHAT

From surviving the Nutcracker to surviving holiday parties and pastries. How do you enjoy the holidays without feeling like you are sacrificing? How do you deal with injuries when the show must go on?

Join us for an afternoon of conversation that focuses on self-care for the movement artist. Dancers, teachers, directors and choreographers can all benefit from practical, scientific and somatic perspectives and an opportunity to meet a group of dedicated and gifted individuals. Followed by healthy array of appetizers and refreshments.
